Our Story
ABOUT OUR PIZZA
In 2013, Delices de Capoue opened its first restaurant in Corsica, a French island in the Mediterranean Sea between France and Italy. We started from scratch learning the art of making great pizzas, constantly searching for new ideas and refining existing ones to create the perfect recipe and menu unique to us. We source from local farmers the freshest ingredients and highest quality products, which are then baked to perfection in a special wood fired oven.
Our second branch in Marseille, Provence (located in South of France) opened in 2017, keeping the same high quality and taste as our restaurant in Corsica.
In 2018, we opened our third wood fired pizzeria in Ekamai Bangkok, Thailand. Ekamai area is one of Bangkok's more popular night spots. Keeping to the same high standard of quality, we specially import many ingredients from Europe and at the same time, sourcing local farm fresh produce.
In 2020 we opened in Aix-en-Provence with still cooking over a wood fire pizza oven. The same savoir faire and menu.
All our restaurant follow the same savoir faire and menu. Our pizza bases are made with imported specialty Italian flour and takes at least 72 hours for maturation. This long process makes our bases highly digestible and wholesome, where one can enjoy the true flavour of our pizzas.
